Youth Led Weekend is the one weekend of the year when 5979 (the Middle and High School Student Ministry) runs all six of Liberty Church’s adult services.

It is usually the last weekend of October.

The teens bond tremendously by serving their church and is a highly anticipated weekend for the teens due to all the fun and special things we do for the services.

In addition to 5979’s Staff leading worship and delivering the sermon, the youth serve as ushers, the worship choir, a dance team, and perform a skit or spoken word.

Normal youth services are closed for the weekend, and all youth are invited to participate; meals are provided to those who volunteer throughout the weekend.

To be on the drama team, dance team or choir, the teens must attend scheduled practices throughout the month of October.
